The North American Collectibles Association (NACA) has implemented an Insurance Program which offers Inland Marine coverage to NACA members who are coin dealers and to NACA members who are collectors with comprehensive coverage at competitive premiums for over 20 years. In 1995, the association broadened its membership to include Watch and Clock Dealers and has since included all items of a "collectible" nature. The formation of an insurance plan for NACA members has helped to reduce overall insurance costs to association members. The Insurance Program covers inventory on premises with security meeting underwriting approval, while stored in government licensed bank, trust company or approved safe depository, while in transit, and at shows. Transit coverage includes insurance on packages sent by Federal Express, Express Mail, Registered Mail, and UPS. Transit coverage requires strict adherence to underwriting guidelines.
